My workouts are designed to tackle a slow metabolism in two ways,
- The use of intervals for increased intensity and EPOC
- Bodyweight resistance to increase lean muscle tissue so that your body burns calories at a higher rate
Functional fitness training prepares you to tackle everyday life and supports a healthy and fit body.
To maximise this we need to set goals. Having a clear goal that is realistic is the first thing your instructor will discuss with you. Then we set up your app with a plan of attack to crush it!
Our professionally trained instructors will provide you with the training and advice you need to achieve your specific goals. They will monitor your diet, weight, measurements and training through the app and can send you direct messages.
